WLP NEWS
Pop up store & Showroom at CPH & Berlin Fashion Week
We are delighted to present our showroom and pop-up store during Copenhagen and Berlin Fashion Week under the curatorial theme FEMALE FASHION VOICES, celebrating female fashion designers from around the globe who are shaping a more responsible and culturally rooted fashion industry. Through their work, these designers advance sustainable material innovation, preserve indigenous and cultural knowledge, and actively empower local and indigenous communities through craft-led production, reinterpreted through a contemporary aesthetic.
The curation brings together brands such as Balkanica (Peru), Lafaani (India), MAZ (Colombia), Olga Fisch (Ecuador), and a selection of pieces from WLP's curation.
Discover and shop the full collection at our showroom and pop-up store. Meet some of the founders who will invite you into the fascinating world of their respective practices, local crafts, and cultural heritage.

Exhibited Brands
Olga Fisch
Olga Fisch is a pioneering design and cultural brand founded by Olga Fisch in Ecuador, dedicated to the preservation and promotion of traditional Ecuadorian crafts. Working closely with artisan communities across the country, the brand has played a key role in documenting, sustaining, and reinterpreting indigenous textile and craft traditions. Its work reflects a deep respect for cultural heritage, material knowledge, and the social contexts in which these crafts are produced.
Manuela Alvarez
Manuela Álvarez is a Colombian fashion and design brand founded by Manuela Álvarez, known for its contemporary approach to textile development and social production models. Rooted in Colombia’s diverse craft traditions, the brand collaborates with artisan communities to develop garments and textiles that combine experimental design, material research, and traditional techniques. Its work explores the relationship between craft, identity, and modern fashion systems.
Lafaani
Lafaani is a sustainable fashion brand founded in 2021 in New Delhi by Drishti Modi and Rashmick Bose. Rooted in circular design, Lafaani partners with artisan communities across India to preserve traditional techniques like hand-weaving, natural dyeing, and Kantha embroidery. Each garment is crafted from indigenous cotton and plant-based dyes, produced in small batches using zero-waste methods. With a strong focus on transparency and cultural sustainability, Lafaani blends timeless Indian craftsmanship with thoughtful, modern design.
Balkanica
Balkanica is an independent Peruvian fashion and lifestyle brand, committed to merging arts, design and cultural legacy by exploring an eclectic and current sensibility, as well as reinterpreting the country’s rich pre-Hispanic visual cosmovision.
