Crafted from raw, unglazed clay using ancient techniques, the Thalassa Vase is part of the Elemental Collection which explores a return to the elemental foundations of human existence. Drawing upon ancient Mediterranean languages and cosmologies, the five vessels in the collection represent earth, water, fire, air, and the celestial aether.

THALASSA, meaning 'sea' in Ancient Greek, explores the primordial waters from which life emerged.
