Aer Vase

Crafted from raw, unglazed clay using ancient techniques, the Aer Vase is part of the Elemental Collection which explores a return to the elemental foundations of human existence. Drawing upon ancient Mediterranean languages and cosmologies, the five vessels in the collection represent earth, water, fire, air, and the celestial aether. 

AER, referring to 'breathable air' in Ancient Greek, explores breath, the atmosphere, and the air that sustains life.
