The Pchilka Ornaments embroidered shirt was inspired by the work of Olena Pchilka, namely the publication "Ukrainian folk ornament" of 1876. Olena Pchilka (Olha Petrivna Kosach) is a writer, translator, public figure, folklorist and ethnographer. "Ukrainian folk ornament" is her fundamental work, which includes: 298 samples of embroidery, 31 tables of patterns, 23 patterns for Easter eggs.
