Open Position: Project & Partnerships Manager
We are looking for a Project & Partnerships Manager to develop and manage the expansion of WLP in the interior industry within Europe. You shall be responsible to co-develop and implement concepts for projects and events to promote women-founded design businesses, to manage the relationship with B2B clients as well as with of WLP’s partner brands, and contribute to the development of new business opportunities with a specific focus on the interior design sector but not limited to it.
Responsibilities:
- Partnerships management – WLP Brand Portfolio
- Business development and relationship management with B2B clients & industry contacts
- Coordination and execution of showcases at key design events (3 Days of Design, Paris & Berlin Design Week)
- Project management & execution
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, project management, or B2B client relationships in the design industry for companies, organizations, or foundations
- Relevant Academic Degree
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Relationship builder & networker
- Project management skills
- Fluency in English & German, other languages like Spanish and/or French are a big plus
- Drivers licence
This is a key position within the team. Terms:
Full-time, Berlin-based, with travel to 2-4 key design weeks per year in addition to occasional project-related travel
