Join us at 3 Days of Design 2026 – Open Call
We would like to kindly invite you to form part of our upcoming exhibition and concept store: Female Design Futures, during 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen, June 10 to 12, 2026.
Following our successful exhibition at 3 Days of Design (3DD) last year, we are excited to return to Copenhagen with this year’s curatorial concept Female Design Futures. With this theme, we want to curate 6-8 women designers from across the globe that unite contemporary aesthetics with meaningful local impact - whether through the revival of local craftsmanship, collaboration with artisan communities, or the innovative use of local materials. We will combine our curation with a selection of European design furniture and lighting brands, giving the showroom a high-end contemporary look and feel.

About 3 Days of DEsign
3DD is one of Europe’s leading design festivals, attracting an international audience of interior designers, architects, collectors, press, and design-driven end consumers. The festival takes place across the city of Copenhagen, where brands organise their own venues and exhibitions with the option to be featured in the official 3DD programme.
Parcitipation includes:
During the three exhibition days, our team welcomes and hosts festival visitors throughout regular opening hours, offers craft & design tours, and organizes a vernissage and interactions with interior designers and architects ensuring a continuous flow of guests and strong visibility for all participating brands.
- Presentation space within the 80–100 m² location (including storage, kitchen, and WC). Each of the 6–8 curated design brands will receive dedicated shelf and wall space, tailored to the products presented
- Organisation and hosting of one vernissage for partners, media, interior designers, architects, and end clients (estimated attendance: 120–150 guests)
- Organisation and hosting of one exclusive brunch for media, interior designers, and architects (estimated attendance: 40–50 guests)
- Professional event photography covering the vernissage, exhibition, and your installation and products, shared with all participating brands
- Event communication: multiple newsletters and targeted invitation outreach to press and B2B partners across the White Label Project interior network
- Digital Communication package: digital event flyer, vernissage invitation, event website presence, dedicated RSVP event page, one collaborative Instagram feed post, and one individual post per brand
- Print materials: mention of your brand in all communication materials (event posters, window) postcards)
- Organisation of standard exhibition equipment and display supplies required to present your pieces
- Support with logistics and import of your products
- Sales support for imported products on site, including payment processing, VAT handling, and customer-friendly packaging materials
- 2 WLP sales team members on site at all times to represent and support participating brands
How to participate
The participation of your brand or design studio in the curation of our upcoming exhibition & concept store is based on a written expression of interest and against a participation fee upon selection. Participation requests are reviewed on a rolling basis, and brands are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
To take part, please submit your expression of interest via email to collaborate@whitelabel-project.com no later than 20 March 2026 including the following:
- A short outline of why your brand is a strong fit (max. ½ page)
- An indication of the objects you would like to showcase, their size, and ideal presentation (around 3-5 key pieces as an example)
Timeline
- March 20, 2026: Deadline to submit expression of interest
- March, 30, 2026: Final curation of exhibiting brands and design studios announced
- First week of April 2026:– Joint preparation meeting (focus: client acquisition, event preparation & positioning strategy)
- April 15, 2026 – Communication package & invitation materials shared
- May 15, 2026 – Products to be shipped to Stockholm, Sweden (if via WLP)
- May 15, 2026 - Communication & outreach starts (invitations, social media announcements & more)
- June 8–9, 2026 – Arrival of shipments in Copenhagen & build up
- June, 10–12, 2026 – 3 Days of Design
- June 13, 2026 – Build down and shipment
