Our founders, Ann-Kathrin Zotz and Caroline Foerster, along with our expert team and network, will exclusively share insights on transforming a business into a desirable brand, selling online, and exporting to international markets. Based on your target group, we will work to define your unique story and core elements of your brand, that will give you a foundation for your communication.
Brand Design Ideas & Directions
We will analyse inspiring examples of visual identities and brand experiences of other brands and workshop ideas for your own brand identity.
Sustainability Communication
We will deep dive into the world of sustainability communication, certifications and different ways to credibly and authentically communicate your sustainability efforts.
Communication Strategy & Implementation
We will identify the communication channels with most potential to drive brand positioning and acquisition of customers. Secondly we will draft a hands on plan on how to implement your storytelling - from templates to influencers.

Understand the key features of a successful B2B e-commerce site, including best practices for user experience and navigation. Caroline Foerster co-founder & Co-CEO, White Label Project, is an experienced creative brand strategist, university lecturer. She has 10+ years of experience consulting creative consumer brands across various industries, sizes and geographies, but holds a particular passion for purpose-driven and newly started companies.

Judith Géraldine Ueberschaer brings international e-commerce expertise from roles at White Label Project, Shopify and the International Trade Centre. Kao contributes as a community manager, facilitating learning and knowledge exchange between participating brands to boost collaboration and growth. As the co-founder of Flower Matter, Kao combines hands-on startup experience with a strong commitment to creating sustainable solutions.
We offer 15 full and 15 partial scholarship (50% discount) to a selection of applicants (i.e. 10 spots in total per coaching topic). The scholarship is meant for businesses that do not have the financial means to participate and are highly motivated to build their brands and grow a successful online shop.

Waridi (Wardah) Pabst-Schrobsdorff has made a lasting impact on the international fashion scene. Originally from Kenya and based in Berlin since 1993, she has excelled as a model, mentor, and advocate for African fashion. She is the founder of Fashion Africa 254 empowering emerging African designers to succeed in the international fashion industry.
Waridi also continues to write for renowned magazines like Vogue and plays a vital role in shaping Berlin Fashion Week since 2009.
Mark Kwami is Design Lead of MADE51, an initiative by the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to empower refugee artisans, and Senior Consultant for international organizations and companies.
MADE51 empowers refugee artisans around the world by connecting them with global markets, spotlighting their traditional crafts while generating income and fostering independence.
