This fall, White Label Project launch their second digital coaching series for a global community of impact brands.

Our founders, Ann-Kathrin Zotz and Caroline Foerster, along with our expert team and network, will exclusively share insights on transforming a business into a desirable brand, selling online, and exporting to international markets. As entrepreneurs, we understand the challenge of balancing strategic brand development, small budgets, finding the right retailers, and maintaining a compelling online presence while managing daily operations.

That's why we've developed a hands-on consulting program featuring lean and interactive group sessions, powered by our community.

Participant profile

You identify as a woman and/or are passionate about women's economic empowerment

  • Your role: You own or run your own micro, small or medium sized business
  • Your mission: You are building a new brand or aiming to take your existing one to new heights.
  • Your industry: Fashion, interior design, handicrafts, cosmetics, or any other lifestyle domain
  • Your vision: Eager to make your mark worldwide, especially keen on expanding into Europe and the U.S. Market
  • Your audience: B2C and/or B2B

Format

  • 3-4 Online group sessions per coaching series, distributed over 4 weeks time
  • Small groups of 10-15 participants per session
  • Each coaching series will be offered in 2 time zones: 10am CET (Africa/Asia/EU) & 5pm CET (LATAM/US/EU)
  • Global networking opportunities & a dedicated group chat
  • The two coaching series can be booked individually or as a bundle for maximum results.

Time Commitment: 16h/ series over 4 weeks

  • 3-4x coaching sessions à 2h per series
  • 1-2h of home work per session and preparations in between sessions
  • Elective additional sessions (2h)

Course goal: a strategic guide and toolkit for your brand communication

Brand Narrative & Story 

Based on your target group, we will work to define your unique story and core elements of your brand, that will give you a foundation for your communication. 

Brand Design Ideas & Directions 

We will analyse inspiring examples of visual identities and brand experiences of other brands and workshop ideas for your own brand identity.

Sustainability Communication

We will deep dive into the world of sustainability communication, certifications and different ways to credibly and authentically communicate your sustainability efforts.

Communication Strategy & Implementation 

We will identify the communication channels with most potential to drive brand positioning and acquisition of customers. Secondly we will draft a hands on plan on how to implement your storytelling - from templates to influencers.

User Experience & Customer Journey

We jointly audit your current online store, map out the customer journey and ideal user flow, coach your own ability to recognise gaps to identify opportunities and design solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Search Engine Optimisation

You will receive hands-on suggestions and actions for on-site search engine optimisation. This includes comprehensive keyword research to improve your site's visibility and ranking on search engines.

Email Marketing

Our Scholarship

We offer 15 full and 15 partial scholarship (50% discount) to a selection of applicants (i.e. 10 spots in total per coaching topic). The scholarship is meant for businesses that do not have the financial means to participate and are highly motivated to build their brands and grow a successful online shop.

Waridi (Wardah) Pabst-Schrobsdorff has made a lasting impact on the international fashion scene. Originally from Kenya and based in Berlin since 1993, she has excelled as a model, mentor, and advocate for African fashion. She is the founder of Fashion Africa 254 empowering emerging African designers to succeed in the international fashion industry.

Waridi also continues to write for renowned magazines like Vogue and plays a vital role in shaping Berlin Fashion Week since 2009.

Mark Kwami

Mark Kwami is Design Lead of MADE51, an initiative by the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to empower refugee artisans, and Senior Consultant for international organizations and companies.

MADE51 empowers refugee artisans around the world by connecting them with global markets, spotlighting their traditional crafts while generating income and fostering independence.

Please not that you registration is binding after confirmed payment. You can cancel your registration until 05 October for a full refund and 15 October for 50% refund. We do understand, that sometimes life happens, so in case you cannot participate in the coaching series after that, please write us and we can see if we can sign you up for the next cohort in early fall instead.
