We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the EU. There are no extra customs fees for any products shipped within the EU.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout. We ship with PostNord, DHL and UPS.
Delivery usually within EU 3-5 days and worldwide 8-10 days, until otherwise stated on the product page. VAT is included in the price.
Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods.
Shipping Confirmation & Disclaimer:
Once an order is sent off from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the address you have submitted to us. The shipping confirmation email entails (1) order number, (2) overview of item(s) ordered, (3) payment and delivery details and (4) a postal tracking number.
WLP does not guarantee that all items included in the WLP webshop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been updated on the webshop, WLP will notify you about this by either email or phone. Customers will then have the option to choose an alternative item or cancel the order in question and receive a refunded of the purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Returns within 30 days
You can request a return within 30 days after having received your products for a full refund. This does not include the shipping costs incurred. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for the transport risk to our return address.
Within the EU we offer free returns for products above 150€. For returns of products below 150 EUR within the EU and for all returns from outside of the EU, shipping has to be paid by the customer.
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Sale items as well as made-to-order and custom pieces cannot be returned nor refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please submit your return through your customer account. If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item (i) that is not in its original condition, (ii) that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed as soon as possible. Funds will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment issued within a maximum of 30 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
