This organic cotton tote is handmade by women who were formerly sex trafficked and ended up in the brothels in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We work with Freeset a NGO which gives these women a new perspective in life by providing decent work as seamstresses to generate a sustainable income for them and their households.

The printing is done with biodegradable colours featuring the iconic WLP face or landscape.

The Anuna bucket by Manava is handwoven from sustainably sourced rattan fibers by women artisans following traditional weaving techniques unique to Siem Riep in Cambodia.

Manava products draw inspiration from Cambodian Kbach symbols, traditionally used in pottery and Cambodian temple carvings. Kbach refers to any Cambodian art-form or style in the Khmer, but more commonly relating to decorative elements of Cambodian architecture.
