Pop up store & Exhibition 18–21 June, 3 Days of Design CPH

We are excited to announce our first exhibition and pop up store in Copenhagen during 3 Days of Design and beyond under the theme of “Crafting new design narratives”. The exhibition takes place in a large gallery in the heart of Copenhagen with the following exhibited impact-brands: ⁠Caralarga (Mexico),⁠ ⁠Nada Duele (Guatemala), ⁠Ensamble Artesano (Mexico), ⁠Claymen (India),⁠ ⁠Gunia Project (Ukraine), ⁠Pichulik (South Africa). Furniture & lighting will be presented by Potocco (Italy) & Bocci (Canada).

Discover and shop the full collection at our exhibition and pop-up store. Meet the founders and connect with some of the artisans present who will invite you into the fascinating world of their respective brands, local crafts and cultures.

Exhibiting Brands

Caralarga

Caralarga is a textile design studio founded by Ana Holschneider, based in an old textile factory in Querétaro, Mexico. The brand transforms raw cotton and textile waste into timeless, handcrafted wall hangings and jewelry in close collaboration with local artisans. They seek to preserve their essence and highlight their virtues, transforming them into high-quality handcrafted pieces. Through their designs, they aim to convey the value of our hands and emphasize the natural beauty of each material.

Claymen

Claymen is a design studio founded by Aman Khanna, based in New Delhi, India. The brand creates handcrafted ceramic objects—ranging from functional pieces to expressive sculptures—that reflect the fragility and complexity of the human condition through minimal, contemplative forms. Claymen is participating in the exhibition with a special showcase titled In Transit — a sculptural installation exploring states of becoming.

Ensamble Artesano

Ensamble Artesano is a non-profit platform founded by Fundación Haciendas del Mundo Maya and Taller Maya, dedicated to supporting and empowering artisans across Mexico. The initiative now collaborates with over 3,000 artisans in 22 states through partnerships with 83 organizations focusing on preserving traditional crafts, fostering innovation, and building equitable value chains.

Ensamble Artesano is joined by 2 master artisans, who will host workshops during 3 Days of Design.

Gunia Project

Gunia Project is a cultural and design brand founded by Natalia Kamenska and Maria Gavryliuk, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The brand is dedicated to preserving and reimagining Ukrainian craft traditions through contemporary ceramics, homeware, apparel, and accessories. Working closely with local artisans, Gunia Project revives ancient techniques and folk motifs, transforming them into modern, collectible pieces. Their work reflects a deep respect for cultural heritage, aiming to bring Ukrainian craftsmanship to a global audience.

Nada Duele is a design studio founded in 2019 by artist Giselle Macdonald and later joined by Mariano Orellana, based in Antigua, Guatemala. The studio is synonymous with ethical craftsmanship and contemporary design, collaborating with master artisans across the country to create practical, versatile objects that preserve traditional techniques and support local job creation.

Pichulik

PICHULIK is an ethical jewellery atelier based in Cape Town, South Africa founded by Katherine-Mary Pichulik. Rooted in Africa and inspired by ancient traditions and mythology, PICHULIK uses the language of African artistry and ornamentation to create sculptural accessories that celebrate empowering feminine narratives. Each piece is a talisman, handcrafted from re-imagined rope, combined with cast-brass elements, precious stones and unexpected organic materials, to create distinctive and unique forms.

Interior Collaborators

bocci

Bocci is a lighting company founded by Omer Arbel, based in Vancouver, Canada, with a satellite headquarters in Berlin, Germany. Renowned for its sculptural lighting and spatial installations, Bocci merges material research, architecture, and craft to create pieces that blur the line between functional object and art. Each work is designed and handcrafted in-house, by a team of primarily highly skilled female glassblowers.

Collaborating with renowned perfumers in Grasse, France, the brand offers a curated selection of fragrances and skincare items that reflect a conscious and elevated lifestyle.

Join us for a special evening celebrating Mexican craftsmanship at 3 Days of Design, hosted by Ensamble Artesano, Caralarga, the Embassy of Mexico in Denmark & White Label Project. Enjoy an exclusive mezcal tasting with Agave by Montiel and experience live demonstrations by master artisans showcasing their amazing work. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore the exhibition featuring exceptional handcrafted pieces that honor Mexico’s rich cultural heritage.

About the artisans: Erandine de Saint Phalle Navarro is a maque artisan from Michoacán, Mexico, who has spent over 20 years dedicated to preserving the traditional lacquer technique through deeply personal, handcrafted works that honor her family legacy and cultural heritage. Julio Cesar Gomez Hernandez is the cofounder of La Rebocería, a project devoted to sustaining and evolving the rebozo weaving tradition by introducing sustainable materials and inspiring younger generations to carry forward this ancestral craft.

About the Mezcal: Agave by Montiel is a mezcalería dedicated to bringing traditional, small-batch agave spirits from Oaxaca and Puebla to Europe while supporting the communities and cultural heritage behind them
